Yamkay.in currently ships to most cities and towns across India. Please note that the availability of delivery services may vary based on your location. We are continually expanding our delivery network to reach more customers.

A. Domestic Shipping

We deliver to all states across India. However, certain remote or difficult-to-reach locations may have limited delivery options or longer delivery times.

B. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and the delivery method chosen.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 2000 INR, subject to promotional offers or minimum order requirements.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. Expedited shipping costs will vary based on your location and the size of your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

A. Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery typically takes 7 business days from the time your order is processed and shipped, depending on your location.

B. Expedited Delivery

  • Expedited orders usually arrive within 7 business days.

  • Expedited orders will be prioritized and processed faster, though shipping fees will apply.

C. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or stock availability. In case of delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your order on the courier partner’s website or through your Yamkay.in account. If you do not receive tracking information, feel free to contact us at 9500958629

5. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched to our trusted delivery partners. You will receive an email confirmation along with the expected delivery date.

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations. You will be notified of any such split shipments, and tracking details will be provided for each package.

7. Undelivered Packages

A. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package. If the package is undelivered after the final attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • We will notify you about the failed delivery and provide further instructions.

  • If the order was prepaid, we will initiate a refund minus any applicable shipping fees.

B. Wrong or Incomplete Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping details. Yamkay.in is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days receiving the order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item or package to process your claim. After reviewing the issue, we will either replace the product or issue a refund as per our policy.

9. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at  9500958629 We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, changes to the address will not be possible.
